10. Mention of Sponsors on Promotional Material
When participating as a sponsor in an event organized by Charlie's Events, the logo and/or name of the sponsor will only be included in promotional materials (such as posters, flyers, banners, and digital communications) if full payment has been received on time.
If a sponsor fails to pay on time, Charlie's Events reserves the right to:

withhold the distribution of promotional materials until payment is received;

reprint the promotional materials without mentioning the sponsor;

fully charge the reprinting costs to the respective sponsor.
This measure is necessary to respect the agreements made with other partners and sponsors and to guarantee the continuity of the promotional campaign.

11. Late Payments
In the event of late payment of an invoice, Charlie's Events reserves the right to:

charge a fixed compensation of 15% of the outstanding invoice amount, with a minimum of €40, to cover administrative and collection costs;

apply late payment interest at the legally permitted rate from the due date of the invoice;

temporarily suspend further services or deliveries until all outstanding amounts are paid.
Each payment reminder or notice of default may result in additional administrative costs.

12. Event Cancellation by the Client
In case of cancellation of a booked event by the client, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the event:
The full amount of the agreement remains due and will be retained in full. No refund will be made. -
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before the start of the event:
75% of the total invoice amount will be retained or remains due. -
Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the event:
50% of the total invoice amount will be retained or remains due.
Cancellations must be made in writing (by email). The date of receipt will be considered the official cancellation date.
Charlie's Events reserves the right to additionally charge any costs already incurred (such as reservations, preparation costs, or ordered materials) in full if these cannot be recovered or reused.

13. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Charlie's Events be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, revenue, or other damages arising from the use of the Website or services offered through the Website, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with these terms and conditions shall never exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.
